Hospice of the Valley provides compassionate end-of-life care. We support patients and families and relieve suffering in all realms – physical, emotional and spiritual. Our staff is available 24/7. Most services are delivered in patients’ homes. We serve thousands of families every day throughout central Arizona, including greater Phoenix. Comfort care at home​


Are you caring for a person with dementia? The Palliative Care for Dementia program was created to improve the quality of life for persons with dementia and their caregivers. It is not for patients on hospice. The program is supported by private pay from patients and families and a grant from Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust.
