Join us to learn about mindfulness practice as a way to reduce stress and enhance well-being. Also learn how to improve brain function.

Sponsored by Hospice of the Valley and Banner Alzheimer’s Institute, “Mindfulness Matters and Brain Health” will be held 1–3:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 14 at Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, 85014. There is no cost to attend.

Presenters are Maribeth Gallagher, a doctor of nursing practice and psychiatric nurse practitioner who directs Hospice of the Valley’s dementia program, and Heather Mulder, outreach program manager at Banner Alzheimer’s Institute.
